Exchanges
Twisted Couture offers free return shipping on all exchanges that are postmarked within 10 days of receiving the package.
If you want to exchange your item after the 10 day period, then we ask you to place a new order on twistedcouture.com for your new size or style and we will process your current items as a return. This will allow us to ship out your new items asap.
Returns
Item(s) unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items will have a $8 charge deducted from their transaction to cover return shipping.
The following items are final sale and can not be returned: Leggings, camisoles, bras, socks, underwear, swimsuits, hats, and sale items
Returns/Exchanges Process
To start a return/exchange send an email to sales@twistedcouture.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Whether you are exchanging or returning
- Reason
An example email is as follows:

Please Process the following return:
- Jane Doe

Once we process your request, we will send you a return shipping label via your provided e-mail. Print this label and affix it to the outside of your return package. Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.
Alternatively if you live near one of our retail locations you can come in and we can process your return in store. Retail locations are as follows:

It is recommended that you call the Twisted Couture location from which you originally bought your item(s) if you would like to exchange something. This ensures that we put your new item(s) on hold, so they do not sell, while we await the arrival of your package.
*Please note, returns may take up to 7 business days to process in our facility. Refunds also may make take several business days to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
Purchases made during the holiday season (November 15th - December 25th) will be eligible for an extended return/exchange policy until January 3rd.
